Role Overview:
As a Project Architect 1, you will contribute to the design, documentation, and construction administration of various impactful projects. This role is ideal for professionals who are newly licensed or have completed their AXP requirements and are close to achieving licensure.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate on project phases, including design development, construction documentation, and administration.
Assist in preparing RFIs, submittals, and construction observation reports.
Support high-profile projects like sports facilities, civic spaces, and multifamily developments.
Research materials, systems, and codes under senior team guidance.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure design intent.
Qualifications:
Desired Years of Experience: 5+ years
Required:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
Completion of AXP (Architectural Experience Program) requirements and progress toward architectural licensure with most ARE exams completed.
Proficiency in Revit and BIM 360
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with Bluebeam Revu, Newforma, and Procore.
