Culture Architecture & Design, in partnership with Populous, has been chosen as the Local Architect for Vanderbilt University's Athletic Neighborhood Phase 1.
At the heart of this phase, the Indoor Basketball Practice Facility and Visiting Team Locker Room will be in the current north-end zone of Vanderbilt Stadium.
This expansive multi-floor structure, spanning over 90,000 square feet, will house two practice gyms, new student-athlete facilities, premium hospitality areas, and an innovative video board to elevate the football game day experience.
Additionally, the project will introduce new premium seating options, such as loge boxes, and ensure comprehensive facilities for both home and visiting teams with the inclusion of a visiting football locker room.
A new north concourse expansion will connect Vanderbilt Stadium’s east and west concourses, providing convenient access to Memorial Gymnasium.
